The Annual Review 2010: Effectively Reporting Both Challenges and Opportunities
On Friday, February 25, 2011, our Full Year and fourth quarter (Q4) results, and the Annual Report 2010 were published. 2010 was a year filled with both challenges, as well as opportunities for success.
Our double listing at Oslo Børs and Euronext Amsterdam has worked to our advantage and feedback during investor road shows during the past year has been positive and supportive. All in all, in 2010, Dockwise successfully navigated its way through difficult economic circumstances and is proud to be able to present the following performance highlights:
- Revenues of USD 439 Million
- (adjusted) EBITDA of USD 176 Million
- (adjusted) Net earnings of USD 37 Million
- A fleet utilization of 81%
- A total of 80 executed contracts with 15 vessels in HMT, T&I and LM, including the Vyborg and Koniambo projects
This year we’ve take a different approach to producing and publishing our annual report. The full version of our 2010 Annual Report is available as an online, interactive electronic report that is available now at www.dockwise4.com/annual2010. In addition, we are also producing a hard copy magazine, our 2010 Annual Review, that will be distributed to our employees, potential investors and anyone interested at the end of March. The Annual Review is meant to provide you with an informative, real, and engaging overview of our business during the past year, as well as our proposed strategy for success for the years to come. Within the Annual Review, you will find information on our key figures, an overview of our business performance and projects, as well as information on our vision for the future. This annual review is not designed to advertise how great we are as a company. Instead, it is designed to tell our story – through the voices of those who work for Dockwise around the globe, 24/7, 365 days a year, providing the solutions, the expertise, and the success that drives our business each day, and truly make Dockwise unique.
